With all glass orders there are complexities and options which influence the final price.

Without being awkward, it is usually best to send an email with a drawing and all the details you think are relevant. From this we can usually get close to everything we need from you. 

With complex jobs - holes, cutouts or unique applications further discussion is always mutually beneficial.

Glass is calculated in square metres
Edge work in lineal metres 
Holes and cutouts are charged as individual items 
Toughening or tempering is charged per square metre

If glass is in stock at our Sydney warehouse, we aim to have custom cut glass jobs completed within 72 hours of your order.

For toughened glass or jobs with details for hardware required, as there is an additional process involved, we need a little more time. Please allow up to 84 hours for your order to be ready.

If you have an urgent or complex job, please speak to our team who will do their best to assist you and provide the most accurate lead time for you and your customer.

We can deliver glass to your home, premises or site. In most cases we can only provide curb-side delivery. Please discuss your requirements carefully with our team when placing your order.

We do not offer a glazing service. If you are looking for a glazier our team can pass along details of glaziers in your area.

Bulk orders are considered to be a minimum of one case of glass. Cases of glass are sold a at a special bulk rate, please discuss this with our customer service team.
